1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

1.1. SIA, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as Mod-Kleitas.lv) provides the content available on the website Mod-Kleitas.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and provides services in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below, subject to the terms and conditions of delivery of goods, return of goods and other terms and conditions and the company's operating policy, the outline of which can be found on the Website, in connection with certain functions, elements or advertising, as well as providing customer service, and all of the above is included in these terms and conditions (collectively referred to as the Terms and Conditions) and is a part thereof. By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them and agree to comply with them without limitations or conditions.

1.2. Mod-Kleitas.lv reserves the right to change the Terms of Use without notice.

1.3. If a consumer purchases goods offered for sale on the Mod-Kleitas.lv Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) via the Internet, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal provisions governing Distance Contracts, including, but not limited to, Directive 97/7/EEC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the Law of the Republic of Latvia “Consumer Rights Protection Law”, and the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on Distance Contracts”.

2. PRIVACY

2.1. Registration data will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law.

2.2. The information you provide will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, or used in any other way, without prior approval from you.

2.3. During the registration process, you will not be asked for any financial information, only the data necessary for payment of the purchase and preparation of delivery documents. The consumer agrees to the processing of personal data.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

3.1. When providing descriptions of products available on the Website, we try to be as accurate as possible. If changes have occurred in the information related to the product (description, colors, etc.), Mod-Kleitas.lv cannot guarantee that the Website is fully updated at all times, including all current information.

3.2. Product descriptions are for informational purposes only and the use of the information provided does not create legal obligations between the visitors of the Website and its creators. The Company does not assume responsibility for the quality of the product image - it depends on the technical capabilities of the Buyer's monitor.

3.3. The range of products changes regularly and Mod-Kleitas.lv does not assume responsibility if a specific product is not available or cannot be delivered.

4. PRICES OF GOODS

4.1. The prices of the goods on the Website are indicated without delivery costs.

4.2. Prices and product offerings are subject to change without prior notice. If the actual price of the product differs from that indicated on the Website, Mod-Kleitas.lv will contact you to agree on further action. If Mod-Kleitas.lv fails to contact you, the order will be canceled.

4.3. Payment can only be made by prepayment.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.1. Delivery costs and terms are determined depending on the selected delivery method. For more information, see the "Delivery" section.

6. RETURN OF GOODS

6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the product to Mod-Kleitas.lv

6.2. When refusing the product, the money for the delivery will not be refunded.

6.3. Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

7.1. Mod-Kleitas.lv is not responsible for any delay in the performance of obligations or their non-performance, or any other type of non-performance, caused by circumstances and obstacles beyond our reasonable control, which include, but are not limited to, strikes, government orders, hostilities or national emergency, terrorist threats or acts of terrorism, environmental or climatic anomalies, non-performance by third parties, disruptions in the Internet connection, as well as computer equipment and software failures. In the event of such force majeure circumstances, we will try to eliminate the resulting delays as soon as possible.

5.2. For security reasons, data backups are created for the information system/website, which are stored in the data center of the cooperation partner Amazon Web Services (AWS), address: 76 Clonshaugh Rd, Clonshagh, Dublin 17, Ireland.
