To receive your shipment at an Omniva parcel machine, follow these steps:
- Choose delivery method Omniva
- When placing an order, you choose to receive it at the Omniva parcel machine address closest to you.
- As soon as your parcel is placed in the Omniva parcel machine compartment, you will receive a text message with a code on your mobile phone, come to the shopping center and enter the received code on the Omniva parcel machine screen
When the compartment opens, you receive your shipment!

If you want to receive the item via Omniva courier service, please do the following:
1. Choose delivery method Omniva courier
2. When placing an order, enter the address to which you would like to receive the shipment.
3. The courier will contact you about the pick-up time and deliver your shipment to the address you provided.
Delivery by mail (VAS “Latvijas Pasts”) – Euro 3.50
The goods are sent by post to the address specified by the buyer within 24 hours after payment of the invoice. When the goods have been sent, you will be sent a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. Usually, the parcel reaches the addressee with VAS “Latvijas Pasts” within 3-5 business days, counting from the moment of dispatch. Please collect your order as soon as possible after receiving the postal invitation, as the post office stores the parcel free of charge for only 10 days.
